Just Beauty Terms & Conditions

Set out below are the terms on which Just Beauty provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any Just Beauty treatment. We reserve the right to change our T&Cs from time to time.

Punctuality and Courtesy

Arriving late may interfere with your (and other client's) treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.

Please complete the consultation form that is emailed to you prior to your visit. It enables us to provide you with a tailored treatment and to give you relevant homecare and aftercare advice

Just Beauty will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Cancellations

Every opportunity is given for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Email and sms reminders are generated 48 and 24hrs respectively both containing links to confirm or reschedule the appointment.

Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged, if we are unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01263 515348.

Failure to cancel or rearrange within these times will result in the loss of the treatment from your 10/9 Loyalty Scheme or your deposit being redeemed.
